   Dauphine potatoes are a kind of Croquettes but not deep fried
   they are baked in the oven
   Lime Sauce is: white sauce with the Taste of Lime, no White wine in it!

Pork Tenderloin Wellington with Red Wine Sauce served with
   Onion Cake
   onion Cake is: Yeast dough with 3 kinds of onions
